Hello,
We had a wonderful time. The hotel was amazing. The service was great. The food was OK. I am not sure if our booking included transfers since we didn`t get a confirmation for that, so we had to pay coming and going. | General Facility Description |
Offering day and night activities, a casino, an air-conditioned children's club, and a spacious beach, this resort attracts travelers from North America and Europe. Large enough to hold up to 18 guests, a cool-water spa tub rises on a terrace above the main pool complex. The complex includes a large activities pool with a swim-up bar, and three smaller pools, including one for children. Isolated away from main-pool activities, a large, freeform "relaxation pool" offers the chance for tranquil sunbathing and shade under thatched-roof palapas. Guests enjoy complimentary access to a disco at a sister hotel, the Jack Tar Village Puerto Plata, but drinks there incur a surcharge.
