| General Facility Description |
This resort consists of two side-by-side sister properties that share recreational activities, dining outlets, and other services. The two hotels also share one of the largest pools in the Yucatan, offering several separate swimming areas, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a large island shaded by palm trees.
The holiday complex is perfectly integrated into the tropical landscape. Attractive lobby and main restaurant (with show cooking). The complex has 6 specialties restaurants, a pool bar and 9 more bars. Nightclub, discotheque. Imaginatively designed pool area with separate children's pool and extensive sunbathing area.
The Hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach make up this resort complex, which is designed to complement its natural surroundings.
The resort is beautiful from the colorful lobby area to the lush grounds to the spectacular swimming pool, with different areas for different tastes; activity area, kid's area, quiet area, three pool bars, one swim up bar, waterfalls, etc. The beach is a significant contrast with sand and sea, with the thatched roof cabanas and a couple of bars. The pool is the best place to relax.
This resort, it was exceptionally clean and staff start very early in the morning to keep it that way.
It consists of the Hotel Iberostar Paraiso Beach
(424 rooms) and the Hotel Iberostar Paraiso del Mar (386 rooms in 2-storey buildings).

Daily activities include snorkeling and beginning scuba lessons. A disco and live stage shows provide nightly entertainment.
Out of the water, the resort offers a spa and a beauty salon. As part of the All-Inclusive Plan, adults can participate in daily activities and evening entertainment. Children ages 4 to 12 receive complimentary access to kid-friendly activities at Lucy's Mini Club. The activity desk can arrange eco-tours, cultural excursions, and fishing trips.
